Embracing a Global Vision: TheDriveGroup's Commitment to Sustainable Development
We recognise that our impact is most significant when it contributes to a worldwide movement for positive change. That's why we have chosen to align our efforts with the United Nations Global Compact's Ten Principles and the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs, adopted by the United Nations in 2015, serve as a universal call to action to eradicate poverty, protect the planet, and foster peace and prosperity for all by 2030.
In line with this global vision, TheDriveGroup's Sustainability Strategy will actively support the following SDGs. Through this commitment, we aim to play our part in the collective endeavour to create a better world for present and future generations. 🌎
Given the smaller size of our company, we have made a deliberate choice to concentrate our efforts on six carefully selected goals to provide full support and meaningful enrichment to those areas.

Our focus is to support people, just like you, to find that dream job and progress with their career - so helping people is at the heart of what we do every day!
Even though we love what we do, we also encourage our team to regularly step away from recruitment and focus on helping others around us by giving back to the community.
Throughout the year, we regularly get involved with and support various charities and non-for-profit organisations here in Australia.
We believe even the smallest donation or act of kindness can make a huge difference to someone in need.
One of the highlights of every year is supporting EatUp, a wonderful organisation that provides meals to kids in need across Australia.
Recently, our team rolled up our sleeves and made around 1000 sandwiches for hungry kids - an experience that reminded us how even the smallest act of kindness can have a big impact.
Here are just a few of the other organisations that TheDriveGroup support each year: Cure Cancer, McGrath Foundation, Black Dog Institute, Oz Harvest, Headspace, NSW Rural Fire Service and more!
