    Our client an eCommerce agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping clients improve their acquisition marketing campaigns by managing their paid advertising campaigns and providing strategic optimisations. You will report to the Head of Search and contribute to the paid media service offering from an awareness, strategic, and sales perspective. Responsibilities: Build and manage client campaigns from start to finish Manage performance campaigns across multiple verticals & countries Day-to-day contact with clients and team members Optimize accounts to achieve client KPIs & business objectives Prepare weekly/monthly performance and insight reports, including communicating key insights & recommendations to clients Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimisation to achieve business goals Collaborate with the Head of Search around processes of how work is allocated, approved, amended, and tracked within the team Collaborate and communicate with the internal team on projects/clients where there is a crossover of services Constantly improve knowledge & abilities by keeping up with the latest SEM and paid media trends Key Skills: At least 2-3 + years of experience in SEM & Social - agency experience preferred Proven track record of developing, implementing and optimizing cost-effective & high-performing paid search and other paid media strategies across but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads & Google Shopping Good analytical skills and a metrics measurement background Deep understanding of bidding, targeting, creative, audience and platform optimisation capabilities Highly tuned attention to detail Strong understanding of paid performance campaigns SEO knowledge is preferred but not essential. Experience mentoring & leading a team.     On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to oversee and optimise their Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.    You will be responsible for engaging customers through Email, SMS, and Push notification channels. This role involves creating compelling and relevant content while ensuring all communications comply with industry standards.    Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations. Customer Journey Optimisation: Collaborate with various departments to create and refine customer journeys, focusing on improving personalisation and customer engagement within SFMC. Data Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering detailed reports and recommendations to enhance engagement and achieve better results. Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with the client’s Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all communications adhere to industry guidelines and legal requirements. Platform Maintenance: Maintain the smooth functioning of the SFMC platform by ensuring data quality, monitoring deliverability, and addressing technical issues in coordination with Salesforce engineers when necessary. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilise advanced segmentation techniques to deliver tailored messages to specific customer groups, ensuring relevance and impact. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to support platform enhancements. Share best practices and knowledge of SFMC features to increase team expertise. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in developing and delivering customer communications.CRM Specialist managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating targeted campaigns via Email, SMS, and Push, ensuring compliance and data accuracy. Strong expertise in segmentation, targeting, and CRM automation. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, accurate outputs. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of HTML, SQL, and AMPscript is advantageous. Problem-solving skills with a collaborative and adaptable mindset. This role is based in Melbourne and has a Hybrid work model in place.
