Paulina is our Senior Manager around all things People & Operations and our organisational superstar! She wears many hats, keeps the wheels spinning, juggles all the tasks, and supports the team on their quest for world domination.

Holly is our steller Marketing Coordinator! She is our guru on all things social media, email, and supports the team with anything they need.
Bonnie Pullen
Bonnie is our passionate Client Service Account Manager! She holds a wealth of experience in client services, data administration, sales and customer experience, always upholding a great quality of service.
Jamie Dryburgh
After competing against Jamie and admiring his work for almost 5 years we were ecstatic to finally have him join the .NET Dream Team here @ TheDriveGroup.
Simon O’Rourke
Principal by name but not by nature, Simon loves a bit of office banter. He is one of our more experienced recruiters responsible for hiring strategies, but he also loves getting stuck into placements and helping to support the team.
Caoimhe Sheahan
Caoimhe is our dedicated JavaScript Recruiter! Her name is pronounced kwee-va and comes from the Irish caomh meaning “dear”, which truly describes Caoimhe’s nature. Caoimhe is an experienced recruiter and has a knack for building relationships

Angus is one of TDG’s legends in both recruitment and in the many TDG office sports. What Angus enjoys most about his role is the ability to add direction to his candidate’s career paths, and the support he receives from the rest of the TDG team.
