Farid aka Faz is our energetic allrounder who loves to get stuck into all things Cloud and Automation! As a highly experienced recruiter moving to Sydney he decided to jump headfirst into the tech industry and he hasn't looked back since! Faz excels at building long-term relationships, and not only has he worked with some of Australia's leading companies but he also loves to help new tech teams scale from the ground up.

Besides recruitment, you can catch him in the gym after work or at tech meetups and gatherings. However, he does love the occasional red wine or a whisky or 3!

No.1 interview tip: 7 P's: proper planning and preparation, prevents piss poor performance. Prepare and research the role that you are interviewing for, this shows you have a keen interest in the company and the role, instead of just turning up.
For clients, focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere - in particular, at the first meeting. Presentation is everything.
