Job description
We have a new requirement for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to work on automation projects as part of a lean team that is focused on uplifting various features across their range of products. We're looking for someone who is driven by a customer mission and passionate about being part of a tribe of great people.
The role is perfect for someone that's technically minded. You should be comfortable programming, looking at code, querying a database, etc.
You will need to be Sydney-based, as this team go to the office 1 day per week.

The role:
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop a strong understanding of the systems and testing objectives
- Design, create, execute and analyse manual and automated tests both for the sprint as well as regression testing
- Support production deployment of applications
- Ability to write clear bug reports quickly and concisely and collaborate with developers to get them fixed
- Carry out exploratory testing within an Agile environment
- At least 5 plus years of Automation testing experience
- Experience in open-source automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress and Cucumber
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development practices using C#/.Net and/or other similar ones.
- Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as JUnit/TestNG
- At least 3 plus years of UI/API Automation framework experience
