This role is perfect for someone with a strong desire to enhance clients' online visibility and a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns.

As the main point of contact for your clients, you’ll work closely with the Head of SEO to develop strategic approaches to improve website performance through technical and on-page optimizations.
You’ll collaborate across multiple channels including SEM, Development, UX Design, and Sales, making this a highly collaborative role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for your clients, providing exceptional account management services and building strong client relationships through a partnership approach.
  • Deliver SEO recommendations aimed at boosting client performance and visibility, meeting deadlines for all deliverables and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Head of SEO on the allocation, approval, and tracking of work within the team, ensuring processes are followed.
  • Be a trusted expert for your clients, demonstrating thought leadership in the SEO space.
  • Engage with the broader Digital Marketing team, contributing to projects that expand your skill set across the digital marketing spectrum.
  • Develop your skills further through a tailored training and development plan created with the Head of SEO.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Digital Producers, Design, and Development to ensure seamless delivery of services where crossover occurs.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in SEO account management, preferably within a search or digital marketing agency environment.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO and its critical role in enhancing website visibility and relevance.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and JavaScript, particularly in troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
  • Ability to create and present comprehensive SEO technical audits to clients.
  • Familiarity with various CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with your team and confidently suggest improvements when necessary.
This role is based in Sydney and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
