We’re looking for a talented individual to join an innovative Aussie Fintech aiming to revolutionise the mortgage industry. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing their platform, enabling customers to securely share their information with brokers for better home loan recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Lead Product Designer to deliver new features and enhance existing ones based on user feedback and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and key stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces for both the broker platform and customer-facing experiences.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity visual design.
- Ensure cohesive, user-centered designs across the broker and customer platforms.
- Assess the balance between effort and reward in complex design solutions to maintain optimal user experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
- You are skilled in the Double Diamond Design Process and know when to apply each step effectively.
- Previous experience in Fintech, home loans, or enterprise UX is a plus, particularly with complex, enterprise-level products.
