Senior Software Developer
Salary: $120-130k + Super
TheDriveGroup is partnering with an exciting Australian success story, looking for a Senior Software Developer to lead the build of a new platform from scratch. They’re also open to developers who are ready to step into a senior role!
What you’ll do:
You’ll be hands-on in development while leading a small team. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll design scalable, secure, and high-performing software. Alongside coding, you’ll mentor junior developers, manage workloads, and drive projects forward using Agile methodologies.
Tech Stack: .Net Core, API, Cloud,SQL, JavaScript and React.
Responsibilities:

- Development Leadership: Lead coding, debugging, and code reviews. Work with stakeholders to design solutions and maintain high standards in security and performance.

- Team Mentorship: Guide two junior developers, ensuring tasks are completed on time, with regular 1:1s and feedback.
- Agile Leadership: Run daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives. Track progress with tools like JIRA and clear blockers to keep the team moving smoothly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and other teams to ensure alignment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
