  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
Data-Driven Approach:
  • Utilise data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on CRO performance.
  • Implement and manage CRO tools such as Hotjar and Optimizely to gain insights into user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly conduct user testing and analysis to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay current with the latest CRO and email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for differentiation and optimisation.
Key Skills you'll have:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in conversion rate optimisation, with at least 5 years in a senior CRO role.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, with a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, user behaviour, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a strong track record of improving email flow performance.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of CRO tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
