We are on the lookout for a skilled SailPoint IIQ Specialist to join our IT team. You’ll play a crucial role in building scalable, automated solutions for user access management, ensuring audit compliance, and collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline identity processes.
Your Role:
- Design and implement identity solutions to standardise role profiles, automate provisioning, and manage access revocation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, refine workflows, and ensure systems meet audit standards.
- Lead efforts in building automation around user access, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SailPoint IIQ implementations.
- Proficiency in core Java development with a focus on converting functional requirements into technical designs.
- Extensive experience with SailPoint IIQ customisation—including workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and object configuration.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in cloud technologies and Java Full Stack Development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CI tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
