Level 2/3 Support Engineer
* Up to $95k plus super
* Bella Vista location
* 5 days in the office

About the role:
- You will be working across the Level 2 and when needed, and being a client liaison.
- Supporting Servers and Networks.
- Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches.
- Provide remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and services in Microsoft-based environments.
- Potential on-site visits, if needed.
- 3-5+ years Experience in an IT MSP environment - MUST
- Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
- Windows Server - install, config, maintain etc
- Networking experience; basic troubleshooting firewalls, switches & routers
- Endpoint management- Intune/NAble
- Hyper-V / VMware
- Current Australian drivers license
