Job description

Our Digital Agency client is looking for a CRM Strategist to lead and optimise CRM campaigns, build strong client relationships, and drive effective digital strategies utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 

Digital agency experience is preferred and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must.


Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Strategy: Manage and enhance the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns across email, website, and social media. Develop expertise in our marketing technology and data sources.
  • Digital Strategy: Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client goals. Conduct market research, work with creative teams, and oversee digital program execution.
  • Client Management: Present strategies and insights clearly to clients, building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry trends and contribute to team discussions for ongoing improvements.
Key Skills:
  • Strong background in CRM and digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management. Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, Microsoft Word, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a MUST. 
  • Experience overseeing and implementing the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns
  • Clear communicator, capable of presenting complex ideas simply. Strong time management and adaptability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred but not required.
  • Agency experience preferred
The role is based in Sydney, and WFH options are available.
